Sign/chest Shops (READ FIRST)

Okay, before everyone screams no in my face, I would like to explain myself here a bit:
So, as we all know, these have been proposed many times because we are afraid that They will be spammed all over our worlds. But, to be fair, it is a FREE BUILD world, for us to do with the land as we please. It may be arguable that there "isnt that much land" but If I needed to I could EASILY find a place for someone to build that is a large size (not to mention Underground, In the Sky, Or on the ocean). I am also aware that autoshops have been made and are very effective. Some problems?
*No set currency
*TONS of redstone wiring
*Very few have ever been made
I am also aware that by our current autoshops being difficult to make, it will cut down the number of them and make then unique. But, I would like to state some Cons to introducing this.
*They will promote player interaction and trade
*Those players that are not redstone geniuses (Such as me) Do not have to find other means of selling their goods
*Players will be more encouraged to stay because it is easier for them to sell their goods and make money
*Tons of other things!
Ok, so, back to our concerns... How might we be able to prevent them?
*By making it where a staff member places zones where chest shops can be made and a player has a limit of zones
*Make a limit of chest shops they can place
*And many other ways which will be mentioned if necessary

This may be a good idea. I'm not sure though... It definitely has some benefits like the ones above but the only problem it actually fixes are the dicks who take peoples stuff after saying they'll pay for it. So yeah, somewhat supporting this.

Who says that, you can't destroy the chest and I'm pretty sure you wouldn't be able to destroy the sign if sign shop is installed and configured that way.

You can /lock signs, but I think that this shouldn't be added. What about the players (like me) who spent a lot of time and money on chestshops? The current system is more fair because you have to "level up." I was only able to build chestshops after 6 or so months. Note that it was probably about a month after Quartz came out. #endminirant
