The Sky Village

Hello, It's Caanite and I've decided to open my Sky Village to the public
So this will be my first attempt at a non freebuild city so you are going to have to pay to build there.
Here are my prices for the types of houses I have planned...

Average Shed: Same as small shed, just bigger w/ 2nd floor, breeding area and porch and a stable. ($29K)
Comfy Home: Large house, completely customizable, In tundra biome off the island. ($39K)
Custom House: Plot for someone who likes to make their own houses ($20K)
Farm House: 16x9, 2 stories+basement, 6 animal pens ($45K)
Home-Shop: Basically bottom level is shop for the owner of the house, upper levels normal house, ($60K) (you'll be making your own money anyway)
Hotel: For people who want to try out the city: Free ($0)
Minecrafter House: 2 Floors, same as MC House 2 except with my pig parking lot, a porch and a guest room. Another one for normal Residents ($20K)
Minecrafter House 2: 1 floor with 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, a hall, a basement and a dining room/kitchen. Has a roof terrace. For normal Residents (15K)
Minecrafter Mansion: Big house, fireplace, living room, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, crafting area, bodega, private mine access, large garden and 2 towers, 3 stories and stairs + pig parking lot. (110K)
Pied-a-terre big: Like Normal version except L shaped with added bathroom and separated kitchen and living room and a fireplace.
Pied-a-terre cosy large: Same as above w/ 2 stories, 2 balconies, carpet, dog door, lamps, larger kitchen, 2 more bedrooms and a library. ($50K)
Pied-a-terre for poor: Outskirts of city, 5x5, Main Room and Bathroom ($10K)
Pied-a-terre normal: Rectangular House w/ bedroom and living room/kitchen ($20K)
Pied-a-terre small: Same as above + 2nd floor (19k)
Rural House: Big, 2 stories, 20x15, customisable rooms. Yards and farms surrounding the house ($50K)
Shack/Hut: Your choice, lowest level of accommodation, ($9K)
Shed 3 Story: Same as Average shed with barn and extra story ($40K)
Small Shed: 5x9, basement, bedroom, kitchen, cellar, animal pen, wheat farm ($19K)
Wooden Panel Home: I'll post a picture once I make one because it's hard to describe ($50K)

There are also 6 apartment buildings, with premade rooms.
