Unsurprisingly, this is mine. How do you guys get your bg to cycle through an entire folder??? I can't computer!

Right click desktop -> Personalize -> Desktop Background -> Browse(Select the folder you want and click ok) -> Individually select which pictures you want cycled or click 'Select All'. Under "Change picture every:" you can choose how often the pictures are cycled, and you can choose whether they're shuffled or not. Save changes.
