I usually have it scrolling though a folder with hundreds of backgrounds in, but at the moment I'm using this since it's new.

I have a random folder with 1 picked each day. Every time I see a wallpaper I like, I download it and add it to the folder.

Torrenting isn't illegal, it's what you choose to torrent that can be illegal.
