I'm just giving anyone who is/has already applied for a position within Vault 102 a heads up. FNV has appointed me the co-owner of Vault 102. He also gave me permission to accept/reject applications. So if I accept/reject your app, don't question me on why I am doing it instead of FNV.

Just an update, Vault 102 has city protection now.

 Why do you want to be a citizen of Vault 102?: I love fallout new Vegas and I really want to be a part of the community in the vault :)
How often would you visit Vault 102?: I visit all of my homes at least 5 times a day because I spread my things from house to house.
 Would you contribute anything for future additons of Vault 102?: I can provide supplies and help out with any problems that arise if any

Note: seems like so much fun and I want to live in your basement  ;)lol (that never gets old)
