First, thank you FIREBALL4801, NotaBronie, awesomealicia, TheWholeLoaf, and a1374thspartan for your help (:

Tranquility lane is now sprawling with villagers, but they await for the interior design to be completed.  I also added porches, night lamps, and surrounded the neighborhood with trees so villagers can't escape.
