Hello Everyone,
   I have a gigantic city for sale, custom built. This city features the one and only Staff tree, over 100 buildings, nightclubs, spleef, residential areas, shops, and more. This is an awesome city, but I just don't have the time that I used to, and therefore I am looking to sell it to anyone in need of a town. I'd like to just focus on building myself a cool space that's for me. The town is located at

      I would bid, but I only have about 40k. I do think the price should be lowered a little tho... And how many residents?

I can go for $150,000 but that's about as low as I go.. I haven't been active lately, so I think there's about 5 residents.

       Yea sorry, can't buy. Don't got the $ In my pocket, plenty of stuff goin on already on top of building an NPC Village, Iron farm, Spleef, animal farm, and I've got lotsa other projects! So the highest I could go is 50k (all I would have).

    I'm sorry, but I doubt anyone will want to bid 100k even if they had the $, Thats a lot of money to part with (To me atleast).
