The End... Problems

I have recently noticed that people have been building really ugly stuff in the end.  Some people have slapped random ps's everywhere. Massive 1x1 towers ect.  People are harvesting all the end stone  (and selling it for ridiculous prices to people and the market.  Most people don't know that the dragon can destroy blocks.  It's starting to look very ugly.  I thought originally you weren't aloud to build there (now I know).  The egg is nearly impossible to get now because there's ps's everywhere.  How can this be solved.

Does anyone else see this problem?

Why would we restrict where people can build? the end is there for taking, it's not going to be pristine, and which end are you talking about? the new one? old one? theres still one no one has set foot on.

He's either talking about the Member end or the New Guest end, since he mentioned the dragon.

Sugna:
The one where the dragon spawns.

Xeadin:
The dragon spawns in both Ends, so that still doesn't help us.
