Either world will not be uploaded for obvious reasons.

That's irrelevant because neither will be put up for download.

When a world is deleted, we should get a copy. That's what happened for the 1.7 server. Before it is deleted though? Nope.

That was a mistake by Optical, it wasn't intentional.
