wither on top of nether

when i was in SP on top of the nether (full bedrock) i realised that the wither cant destroy the bedrock.
so withers spawned on top of the nether in a 50*50*50 bedrock room in opti wouldnt harm anything and make players able to fight them and recieve the nether star.

so it might be an idea to spawn the wither on top of the nether
(ofc only by op+ like the enderdragon)

Since the Block limit is increased we can build there , some people will have farms , houses , animal farms ( by pushing the animals through the portals )
I Personally think it's a good idea but it can cause grief by killed animals , I think this is not going to happen

1. portals never spawn on top of the nether
2. wtf would you build an animal farm on top of the nether
3. right now there are no buildings on top of the nether

it is only ment as a place to spawn the wither, not a building site

answer on : - 1 They can , i build a portal at maximal block limit and it came on top of the nether 
                 - 2 No griefers , hard to find , easy to farm
                 - 3 I saw a builder that was a pixel art building , over 10 kinds , also i made some buildings on top of it and i               
                      think i am not the only one with that other builder

This also won't happen because Opti has disabled any spawning of Withers. OP's can't spawn them with command or by building them from creative. If Admins can or cannot bypass the spawn, I am unaware of.
