ppl not understanding so can a mod please lock?

So I was going to have a party on opti, and I need ideas for what would be fun to do for it, I was thinking something like spleef and a giveaway, but after that I have no ideas, can you guys help me out? ???

You're hosting the party. whatever the occasion may be bring alcohol and soft drink for the designated drivers or under 21's

Under 21? ???

21 is the legal drinking age in the US, 18 in Canada.
