what is it wich the rule that you arent allowed as a builder to moddify the spawn in a map and it resolves to a ban (alto it is only one day it is stil ignoret) i got banned today because i made a little build on the spawn area on the guest map. me and some other builder + and 2 ops thought it was ignoret to ban me and it wassent nessasery but 1 op  thaught it was. alto i sayd that i honestly never ever heard of such a rule and that making a rainbow map is not (illegal) but a little build is

so what i exatly mean to say is a question and an opinion

wy is this a rule that results in a 1 day ban?

I dont think it was worth a ban, however  i would urge you not to build on spawn to avoid any further complications

Builder is the default build rank in zones. And builders should know better not to modify what isn't theirs.

Well, if you aren't allowed to build on spawn, then only Admin+ should be able to build on it.

In my opinion, I think you should be allowed to, as long as you have an op's permission/supervision. I remember one time, when a group of about 3 ops, 1 crafter and 4 builders (This was back in the day) got together, and we made the spawn multilayered, and much nicer to look at. There was much more space in the guest world because of this (The guests chose to build off the platforms, as well as on the ground), and oddly enough, less grief, as people didn't have to clear out other's houses to build their own.

Ops should be fairly mature, so they can recognise quite early if the builder is trying to make it a trap/something bad, or is actually improving it.

ohh i remember when this rule was made, was back when i was builder. we builders had the tendency to build our own spawns and they became more and more chaotic, so then the admins put this rule up to prevent us from building other spawns.
(correct me if i'm wrong as this is what i remember)

I don't think any builder recently has built a trap in the spawn point (Excluding that time we had 750+ guests).

When a person first becomes a builder maybe they should be given a list of rules/guidelines so they know what not to do, Its kinda hard to follow a rule you don't know about. When I became a builder I didn't know I wasn't supposed to build in the spawn for a long time I only found out after seeing a new builder decorate the guest spawn with fountains and then being told by an op to delete it. As an op I generally warn someone before kicking/banning just in case they didn't know any better, and people usually listen 90% of the time after a warning.
