I took a look at the city and like the unique layout (the curving roads not just blocks and the levies) also having city protection you should not have to worry about griefs which is the major concern in the guest world.
As long continue with maintaining your city I see no reason not to accept you.

-go to "/home proush600563 paratopia" to get to the Capitol
-be sure to read the Golden Nation constitution

I need to know who you plan on being your representitive in council you or terror himself? this will be who does the voting for your city.
also to all members do you think I should include an acceptance procedure in the constitution? or maybe seperatly on the homepage? because I have noticed that I have described it in the thread however it is on the second page in a reply instead of the main post.
I dont think I will bring this to vote in council since it wont be changing anything i just need to know if anyone thinks it should be in writing?
