Has the owner ever been banned?: YES TWICE (But both were mistakes by staff but can't be removed from the system (which is a shame) - Confirmation of both of these mistakes can be sought from Scotty602AB & awesomealicia - They were both removed virtually as soon as they were issued)

If so what for?: Both were mistakes

How to reach the city in game: Either by visiting the South West warp or by typing /home Felix_De_Kat

Is the city registered on Tabooti's list?: Yes

Arenae City has City Protection

The town/city is based along an Egyptian theme including A Pyramid (One of my homes), A City Hall A Shop, Various Market Areas, Docks, Ornamental gardens, Animal enclosures, Large Wheat Farm, Public Baths, 15 residential houses and a Spleef Arena (Not in operation, due to ps permissions)

ACCEPTED!Only 1 requirement and that is that you have a city page submitted within the next week or two
Thank you and we are glad to have you, I will make in game adjustments next time I am online, you will receive your own office and a seat in council ( which is rarely used honestly lol)

I look forward to any challenges that may arise within the Council Chambers :)

(click to show/hide)Felix your chair and office are ready. The office is located on floor three of the Capitol building in an area that only owners can access....I just realized as I was typing this though that I forgot to allow you to the door that lets you into the council/office area...
So next time I am on I will make this my top priority, the Capitol building is located at "/home proush600563 Paratopia"  it is marked by a capital "C" on the front
