To clearly answer your question, no you aren't banned permanently.  You've been banned for 2 days, which is a pretty light ban.

KennyCraft called me to his house and when I showed up I watched you destroy the last of the glass in his floor. So I have banned you for two days. Hopefully this is the only time you ever grief. I would also suggest apologizing to Kenny next time you are able to see him in game

OK i was planning on saying sorry for what I had done and replacing the floor. I apologize for what i have done and I hope you believe me when I say that I am truly sorry
