I still can't get on?

I grieved a house, and I got banned. It was permanent but they changed it to 5 days. It's been five days and I still can't get on. Please help. Thanks

It may be a specific hour, I'm not on mine craft so I can't check :P But it's probably exactly the time that the ban was changed, would be the exact time you get unbanned.
