Briefly describe all your creations:A village with many buildings, shops, and a church. Also a Imperial Transport and Lightsaber from Star Wars.
What worlds are the creations on:Recruit 28 Village is West of Spawn, Star Wars stuff is Northeast of Spawn.

Mr is more concerned about people being able to create adequate circular or spherical structures, which makes sense. You can't really go anywhere without at least making something out of a circle (varying creations from the plain rectangle).

Now I see the value of what he expects.

I think as a rule, you should have to explain at least a bit why you rejected Mr...

These generally suggest an opinion, not a fact.
If I said "There is a rule that you have to explain..." then that would be different.

Then I'm happy what I do.
I think rejecting you makes my point clear, you need better quality stuff, it's been said a million times, I'm getting sick of saying it.
