accused grieving

my username on minecraft is qwerty1234123 and i was banned for no apparent reason, apparently i was grieving a staircase that a person who shall stay nameless he gave autherisation for building and reconstuction of that staircase and a wittness freaked out for wrecking the building and sent a complaint to the admins and i was immediatly banned please unbann me qwerty1234123

Is this for Classic or Beta, because the last I saw there were very few people in the Beta server.
