REASON FOR APPLICATION: I am appling for operator because i am sure this server needs more operators in my time zone. I dont like griefers, trolls,etc. because all they do is desrespect others, and i dont like that. Futher more, I barely even seen any operators on but when they are on, they get overwhelmed by guests asking for promotions and greifers destroying others' hard worked creations.
WHY SHOULD YOU BECOME AN OPERATOR: I think i should be an operator because i have lots of time avaliable and i like to be helpful.

You have a solid point but you find that ops are on in your time zone but when they arent they are doing stuff IRL. Its not like they just dont want to come on (although sometimes you feel like that  :D ) but they have a life to deal with. A lot of people find that when they are builder they have so much time, then when they get operator al that time is gone as you are dealing with guests. As for when they are on there job is to deal with the griefers and guests. Thats what our job is. We deal with it all eventually and recruits and builders trolling about ops not getting around fast enough doesnt help (and im not saying you are but i have seen a lot of them doing it).
