Strangely enough, I was in antagonizing pain today, waiting around, waiting for the pain to end...
And then I found my homework diary, and then I could get back to my homework again.  :)

Went on a run, felt like I was gonna throw up by the end. Drove home and took a shower and I'm feeling pretty good now.

Today is good Skippy. I'm back to being myself after 10 long years, the last few of them dominated by alcohol. I wish I had stopped drinking a long time ago but I didn't. I wish I didn't have regrets but I do. I went from an gregarious, educated, well travelled professional woman to a chronic HA consumed, drink dependant depressed woman. So when I say today's good, it's really good!!!
