A rather small addition to clear up a lot of confusion

In the application template, you see:

Were you recommended by anyone?

However, some people don't even bother to read beyond that and start flooding this section with random usernames. If we put "(only moderators+ can recommend)" it might clear up some confusion.

If they can't be bothered to read a few more lines down, then what good are they as Moderators?

Gonna have to agree with Deekay on this one. We need serious mods not lazy ones.

He was talking about adding it on the same line as the recommendation thing. But yeah dk is right. +2!
