The plots will be premade, so no you can change them.

As for the getting us to do WE's, having 20 people constantly ask you for a WE is going to be annoying. And when i say no WE, i am also including the people who are OP's in the competition.

Im sure you can build what ever you like as long as it is all in your plot, and as long as your fine with it all being judged at the same time.
