Help! Game is Glitching like Crazy

I'm having some problems with glitching.  Instead of just a quick glitch after teleporting, it does it all the time.  This just started today, but it is making the game unplayable.  It does it in SP as well as MP, and with different texture packs.

I think I figured it out.  In Optifine having Chunk Loading set to Multi-Core might have been the issue.

It never gave me problems before, I've been using it for months without issues.  It just started up all of a sudden yesterday.  Oh well.

Update your video card's driver, my brothers computer did this with LoL (textures bugging out) so he updated a driver and it was fixed.
