let everyone use colors on signs

so.... pretty much just think everyone should be able to use colors on signs..... and i'm guessing you just need to change the rank permission....

colors are helpful for making things stand out and easier to read.... and it's cooler... i don't really have much of a reason it'd just be nice to have...

also i'm just not seeing any reason not to give everyone access to the colors....

so yea.... how bout them colors?

We decided it had the potential to make the world look messy when they are overused. Now that i think about it that reasoning sucks so ill talk to relkeb/nyssa about it.

awesome... in my mind i started thinking about that to... but then i was like... if i'm gonna spam signs... does it really matter if i add colors?

I agree, they're nice to have and really aren't as messy as some of the builds I've seen haha.

Yeah, I agree with Tiggy on his suggestion. This is also easy to implement, and if anyone wanted to spam signs, it would be even quicker to spam them with regular text (or none at all) as oppsed to entering all those odd color codes.

I am glad to hear that it is being reconsidered and if people are smart enough to figure out the color codes then they are smart enough to use it responsibly

There remains one problem. Im not sure if we are still using essentials for the colored signs, i'll have to check with optical.
