book pricing suggestions?

So, how much would you people buy a 100-200 page book for? This would be a .pdf or something cause itd be too annoyin ingame. So, an estimate? I saw a 3 page book go for 10k.

I was writing a book and was wondering how much people would buy it for so i know an appropriate price to sell it.
