The title is: New public event.

That means that the event could be destroying most blocks per second, or obstacle courses, or even Spleef (noone of these are serious suggestions, don't add them.)

Mass project just defines how the events are carried out really.

The result wouldn't be dissimilar to the current Lobby, however the method doesn't predefine how the world will turn out, as everyone has an influence.

Most projects have a predefined end point, which is the main place this idea differs on.
But yeah feel free to discuss the starting object.

go to builder2 then find the truck made by xbuilter, go inside then down the stairs you will find the already built city of atlantis. ;)
