we can have pvp areas where people fight for fun and when they die, they do not lose their items( there is a plugin for that)

There are many many suggestions about PVP.
The arena is already set, but probably the Owner is working on something else now and that remains in a stand-by position.
Check the previous topics before yo make another similar, by just saying that you like PVP and you wanna play.

Like Spam said the arena is built but Opticalza is busy with many other updates such as: new member+ world, new plugins to help mods, and more. When I asked him about it he said it is on his list of things to do but not very high up on the list.
