Reason: I would like to move up to help improve opticraft. That is the main reason I would want to move up but another reason I would want to be a operator is because I would like to show off for my friends and others and have the feeling of power. These are the reasons I want to move up.

So many incorrect things with this app, but all I'm going to point out is that apps are currently closed.

Moved to rejected.
