I just want to see any recommendations. I say my max is $1400 but im on a tight budget and would like the stay around $1300. Im not into overclocking. Any recommendations for a better but still relatively the same price GPU? Thanks

I wouldn't call that a tight budget, you can do very very well with that kind of money when building a gaming pc. I'll leave the recommendations to the pros however lol.

You are simply paying WAY too much for a case. You can get a case for half that price (Antec three hundred) and it will work just fine. I would also check around on newegg as you can get 8GB of ram for around $60 as opposed to the $87 you have there.

This is an amazing PSU for $20 cheaper http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139048

Basically I would keep cutting money off like with the case, ram, and PSU so you can go with at least a gtx 660ti GPU
