+ Am I allowed to request a promotion purely so I have space to create my sprite, and if you dont like it you can degrade me? Coz I can only seem to find room on normal servers... and ofcourse they get deleted

Yes, please. Need some more actual buildings. A suggestion from me is to try building Real Life buildings.
