if so, can it be fixed? or is it relatated to the 1.3 bugs?

i would guess: a bug in hero chat since the 1.3 update. now that craftbukkit 1.3.1 is out as a recommended build, i would expect herochat to update fairly soon.

should also fix the bug with PM's not working.

oh that would be a great, cant wait till we can use /msg in purple again without setting up a private channel

Might be a piece of 'restored' chat? I know sometimes if you get a huge lag spike and the chat gets delayed, once it catches up it doesn't like to apply by the chat layout rules '[channel][prefix][Name]:' But instead it used the vanilla layout.
