Then you could test the plugin to make sure it works. Heck, I have a server box. I could setup a testing smp server, and load the plugin up, and go pickup a mob spawner, place it somewhere else, and see if it works (and I would do the test multiple times to make sure).

EDIT: if you saw the question that I typed here then don't bother. I just realized it was already answered lolz.
