Very true Raul, also try not to get banned. If you get banned your chances are pretty slim to become trusted.

Also, getting onto Mumble can be a good way to get to know our Staff members and aswell as other players. Which is a program where you can conversate with us.

Not true about the ban, I was banned twice  being a retard coming from anarchy servers lol, but no I didn't do anything special to get noticed, trust me as long as you're not being stupid it'll come, plus it helps to help people out if they need it.

MimesisX and aveilon have been making a fair amount of pokemon sprites on the server. And also a replicate version Pallet town, if that's who you are on about.
