Why you should become an Operator: I should become an operator because I am a mature and active player that enjoys being involved in the community, be it building, helping others or moderating. I have experience being an SMP Moderator and am more than up to the challenge of being a creative operator. I have a lot of past experience with world edit due to running my own creative private server for the past couple years, and am able to learn new things such as commands very quickly.

Since all of your bans are for relatively small amounts of greif, and the previous three bans were two years ago, I'm going to pardon you. But know this, I will be watching you and you will not be getting another chance after this.

So in the past couple weeks I haven't gotten a chance to speak with Bigbadnova, but based on what I saw at the time of correcting the "greif" he reported it did seem like the house had switched owners. Chests that he had placed were broken by you so at one point you must have been allowed to them, as well as nothing really being greifed it just seemed to have been personalized to your liking. How ever, Bigbagnova doesn't recall ever allowing you to his house so they will still remain in his possession. I'm going to un-ban you but be warned, you are on very, very thin ice. Any ban after this will be permanent especially considering you have had more than enough chances. I'm going to consider this ban a mix up and though I can't remove it from your record it will be considered invalid from now on.

I thought something like that might have happened because you didn't really grief anything, you just kind of changed it to make it your own. I also thought something was up because for you to have changed the chests like you did you would have needed him to add you to the LWC protection. I mentioned these things to Bigbadnova and he told me with extreme certainty that this was not the case. As it stands right now he says you greifed his house on top of the nether as well as his enderman farm, and you were banned accordingly. I'll speak to Bigbadnova some more and see if he remembers any of this, but as long as he thinks you griefed his builds, the ban will remain.

I'll get back to you about this as soon as I can and hopefully we can get this straightened out in a timely manner but for the meantime, the ban will have to stay.

Pvp is not a good example. It may have brought a few new players but i hardly used now, despite how much everyone wanted it.

People don't just want pvp, they want hunger games and interesting forms of pvp. The same way they don't want smp they want smp with tekkit and other mods and such. The game has been out for long enough that most people are tired of vanilla smp and pvp. Creative is the one thing that won't lose the same interest over time because people will always want to build bigger and better things. That is unless a new better sandbox game comes out.
