Before I begin, I want to make an apology to any staff members affected. Apparently, I have annoyed a lot of staff members in the past and present. I beyond did not intend to annoy you guys, but somethings don't happen the way you want them too. I'm sorry for doing so.
Okay, back to the app.

Why you should become a moderator: I think I should be a moderator because I have become familiar with Opticraft's community, the staff, and the rules. As being a Trusted user since early September, I feel i'm ready for the Moderator position by now. I want to have the responsibility of helping people out on the server, punishing the unworthy and moderating chat. I want to be part of the team to dedicate time and effort keeping Opticraft running smoothly. I'm respectful, I follow the rules, I help out players when I can, I try to respond to most people asking a question about the server, and I'm loyal. I spend a decent amount of time on the SMP server every day when I can, I'm usually on for 1-3 hours a day. I do understand I am quite young to be applying, but I think I'm ready. I know for a fact that I should not and never ever in under any circumstances take my Moderator power for granted, or for using it for myself and not for others. The sole purpose of being a moderator is to help others, in which I love doing. I don't want to be a person where "I want the position to fly around so I can build my house better" ever.  I promise not to use any of the moderator tools to my own advantage, also with the power I shall not ever in any situation take for granted.
I've stuck with this server for a long time. I want to do more than just play. I can only be so humble; I just really want to help. I just want one chance to be able to reach out ot the fellow players who need me. I've been here for a while and I'm sure I understand rules and guidelines enough to enforce them. I'm as honest as I can be, I try my best to follow the rules, and I also try being an example for my fellow players. I would extremely appreciate to be able to become a Moderator and have a new important purpose to be on the server and to reflect the Opticraft Staff. I have previous expierence with many commands on the server (egod, vanish, all logblock things etc) also.

      I hope this application has appealed to you. If I get added to the team, I swear I will not fail you guys.

Support / Lag needs to be discussed.

Well, a major issue with lagging i've found within the past month or so.
1) Player's actions not registering and player freezing. Basically, the client can still interact with the environment perfectly fine, however other players will see the player standing still. This resulted in a death of mine and all of my items being lost. I haven't seen this happen on any other server besides my own which is extremely buggy at this point; requesting support on this (for here, not my server)

Hi,
This has probably been discussed before, but as most of you know, most types of slabs doesn't show up on the livemap, as seen in this picture:

Before you go and lock this and link me to a previous post about this issue; I know a fix.
Update minecraft overviewer. That's it. I used a previous older version of Minecraft Overviewer and sure enough, the slabs didn't show up. I updated, and voila, they were there.

Basically, this plugin shortens links automatically. Minecraft's chat limits links/single chat lines to 48 characters, therefore making tinyurl needed alot. This will help when people are trying to share images or videos etc with each other when the link is too long for chat. I use this plugin on my server, and it's pretty great in my opinion. There is probably a half second delay when the link is posted and shortened, but it's still fast.

Why you should become a moderator: I feel that I want to help the community in any way possible. In no way shape or form do I want to become a moderator to get a personal advantage, but to help others. I want to be part of the staff team because there are new members everyday and they all have specific needs. I generally love to help people, and I promise I will give fair punishments to people that do not abide by the rules. I will give my 101% effort into this task and do my best to help. I understand that I have to give up any projects or task's i'm doing when help is needed. I also have a decent history of being a moderator on a couple of other servers. I know that this is a very large responsibility. I understand that it is not only the SMP server I moderate, but the forums also. I am usually active on the forums. I think that if I were to come to being a moderator, I would mature and take this a lot more seriously. I hope this application has appealed to you and I hope it shows my enthusiasm of becoming a Moderator. Thank you!

Hello, I was wondering if a command like /pinfo would be added. Say I did /pinfo LIEKABOWSE, it would say when I joined, how long i've been online so far in this session, what current rank I am, and how much money I have. I have seen other servers with this but none of them would give me the javadocs or any code of it.
note: this would be like the /whois command on Classic.
