Honestly, after season 5 I just couldn't really watch the show anymore, it was like they were trying to hard to make you laugh with real bad jokes.. The storyline in some of season 4's episodes were good, but not that funny.

I agree the show has a lot of potential, but I don't see the potential being in comedy... It'd be strange, but I'd definitely have liked them to get more serious with the characters and make a season devoted to a captivating storyline.

Support / Re: Maturity level of Trusteds...

There are plenty of personalities that just cannot be trusted, some of these players obtain trusted by worshiping mods/ops and only cause problems when they believe they will not be caught - others try to keep it to a minimal with rubbing rank into other players faces.

Keep in mind, a lot of us trusted players have been around from 6 months, a year, or even since Opticraft started. Plenty of the players are just plain sick of reading "Can I have Trusted? How do I get Trusted? Give me Trusted? Hey can I has Trusted?" So when trusted players see it, one of us will answer in an honest manner, but when other players see the chat - those players only see what they want to see and start begging for the rank thinking they deserve it - This is when we trusted degrade ourselves and start trolling said players.

It's ultimately the staffs job to decide on who gets trusted and who doesn't, but it's the Trusted job to make life easier for the staff by answering these simple questions and just trolling the annoying kids.. Most likely staff are just laughing and we're just having our fun.

I do apologize for any players that may have insulted you, but a lot of these ranked players don't know any better; they simply go with the flow as they've seen other trusted players before them troll the hell out of members/guests for fun.

Also, there are more than 1 type of trusted. There's people that are mature, keep to themselves, build alot. There's people that are constantly talking in chat, sometimes these people get out of hand, but rarely, and there are people who are constantly helping others. Stick with the group that you relate to, and youll be happy ;)

You forgot that there are trusted like yours truly who build a lot, helpful to players, and just enjoy making others laugh with a lot of puns, jokes, very well-timed comebacks, and of course scary/creepy evil laughs.

Thank you all kindly for the recommendations and support. While I read a lot of good qualities. I'd like to read/know my bad qualities as well.. What I need to work on, not just for attempting to become a mod, but just to at least try and be a better person in the future.

Honestly, I would appreciate the criticism.

Why you should become a moderator: No particular reason I reckon. I'm just another player on the server that was convinced one way or another to make a moderator application once it opened up. Beyond that guess I do need to think of some reasons. - I'm level headed when it comes to making decisions, over thinking situations and take extra precaution when need be.

I know I troll, let my emotions carry me where ever, and I just log on to have fun, but end up taking things way too far. Been a lot of problems in real life as a lot of you know, so this game has become an escape. I wouldn't mind though - taking on responsibility again like I used to in classic. If I am accepted, I'll try not to disappoint or become a regrettable decision.

Offtopic / Re: How did you start gaming?
« on: March 29, 2013, 08:19:27 am »
Very first game I ever got my hands on was Final Fantasy 3, my brother let me play his super Nintendo one day and honestly, I was immediately hooked to the game. The music captivated me and the beginning of the story fascinated me, not only did I become a gamer, but I constantly imagined myself in their place. Exploring the world, adventuring, experiencing both the good and bad times that they endured. Just becoming better people; I fell in love with the game during the opera with Celes, cried as she attempted to suicide; could not believe Kefka actually succeeded in destroying the world. Learning about hope, never giving up and strive to build a new tomorrow.

My own words... "Hope will never die, as long as we can continue to breath and dream of a better tomorrow."

---

After that, I was hooked to RPG's, I played everything that had amazing stories or giant robots (Earth Siege 2 ftw) Just the imagination that humanity has, it still amazes me and that feeling will most likely never cease.

Minecraft... gives me a chance to create my own story, my own universe. I build my ideas or communicate them with those I have begun to trust. It's fun and I'm glad to share moments with all of you.

course messing with your heads has always been fun ^.^

Blind in one eye and no sense of taste.

Legit reason to get an eye patch and I can actually ignore your awful cooking. (Until I get food poison that is..)

Would you rather be a stow away (hitching a ride without others knowing.) in the back of a truck, in an empty train cart, or a ships cargo hold? - Mind you that you have to hide in it for 3 weeks.

Do you need to go to a university at this time?

Perhaps go to a community college for now complete courses you require for universities or simply for your future career(s), get your GPA up, etc.

While universities are very beneficial, community colleges meet a ton of needs for those who want to make ends meet or even securing their financial future's.

Mind the fact that eventually you'll need to attend a university for your career, but it's not an immediate requirement for any job, provided you've taken the necessary courses.

Oh god. Um...Alphas.

Would you shoot your best friend, or your guardian?

I think Tim's is a safer place to be than mine.

Of course pizza.

Would you rather hear alphas laugh or smeagol voice?

I can do both to make you feel special.

I prefer my laugh over my smeagol voice anyway.

Would you rather play games for free for the rest of your life (with no love life, friends, or family) or have relationships, but without any other form of entertainment for the rest of your life?

Counselors at the colleges can help you locate scholarships and grants.

Local business's and clubs/lodges sometimes have programs to support their members/family's.

Ask major business's like Walmart, K-Mart, Fry's, Safeway, etc - gather information on scholarship/grant programs.

If you don't know what a grant is. It is money that is awarded to you that you do not have to pay back. Normally to acquire one requires well written essays - usually the essay is "Why should you receive a scholarship/grant." But everyplace has its own requirements like community service, membership, or just knowing the right people.

As I said before, just go around to local business's, social clubs/bars, colleges, even your old high school. Get info on who you should talk to about scholarships/grants and then go find the right people who can actually help you.

----

When I graduated, I received just over 10,000 in scholarships/grants just because I applied for a lot of low requirement grants and received a scholarship from my high school after meeting with my teachers, councilors, etc.
