So we would like to have another creative build event for this coming winter break. However, the last one didn't have many people sign up and even less finish a build. It'd be nice to see some more people join over the holiday and the event would be a good reason to do so. If there are people that don't want to enter because they think others might beat them, so what. The point is to just build and have fun. There's also a rule that if you've been in the top three three times in the past four events, then you can no longer be judged or win a prize, tho I think you can still build if you'd like.
So if we want another event, and don't want that part of creative to stop happening, we need some of you to say so.
I'm up for another event, tho I will only be building, my build will not be judged.
Who else is in for another event?

Seeing as it has been a year I'll go ahead and give you another chance, however, you will only get one chance. Your 5th ban, should it come to that, will most certainly remain permanent.

Sorry about the wait, the holiday was a bit busy. I banned you over a year ago for grieving jhood13's railway and seeing as how it was your 4th ban, I made it permanent. Please explain why I should unban you and allow you back to our server?

However if you do mean this server, you have to donate for 3rd and 4th homes and you can use your second by voting.

Your plot dimensions are fairly large which is good for a project protection, however, there are only a few basic structures within that plot. The watch tower seems to be the most developed of the structures, that is the type of development that we are looking for when it comes to giving out project protection.
Unfortunately, your project protection is rejected as of right now.
In order for you to gain it in the future, you may want to consider adding a few more developed and complex structures such as your watch tower and perhaps unify the structures on your land rather than having buildings here and there that don't seem to relate to one another. Unifying them with smaller structures or paths would also help it seem like there's more on the plot rather than just the 4 builds you have on it plus your farm.
As for your plot being grieved, as long as all the /homes on the plot are enclosed, grieving shouldn't happen much since you are right on the world boarder. Project protection is given to builds that are too big to protect using protection stones. Your builds could be protected by a handful or coal or lapis protection stones.
Please add more and take into consideration the over all development of your individual builds and the area as a whole for the next time you apply.

When to make a ban appealBefore even thinking about making a ban appeal, ask yourself these questions: - Did you break any of the rules?- Did you grief another players work?- Did you swear excessively?- Did you upset an operator or cause general disrespect to other members/players on the server?- Did you draw hateful symbols or say hateful remarks?If the answer to any of these questions is Yes, definitely, then your chances of creating a successful ban appeal is severely hindered. If you truly believe your ban was: 1) Not warranted 2) Not appropriate 3) Handled badly by an operator 4) Not correctly entered (sometimes an operator will mistype the ban command and accidentally make a ban permanent) 5) A miscommunication or any other potentially valid scenario, you should make a Ban Appeal. Do note that we are not robots; sometimes mistakes happen, and we will be sympathetic in dealing with your appeal. -- What NOT to do in a ban appeal topic- Post while angry. Simply don't do it. You will look stupid, and you will not be unbanned. Abusive language does not make us want to unban you. Calm, well-reasoned posts are the key to being unbanned in a timely manner.
- Please do not post More Than One appeal per user per ban. Multiples will be deleted, and you will lower your chances of a successful appeal.
- Do not hijack other user's threads (posting in an already active appeal). The person who opened up the appeal is the one that uses that thread, so don't solicit in other's appeals unless you are DIRECTLY involved in that appeal.
How to format your ban appeal- Your topic title should contain the name of the operator that banned you (if known) and your Creative username, preferrably in the format "[cschurz] RandomUser123 Appeal".
Your post should also contain: - All relevant circumstances surrounding your ban. Help us help you. If you leave it up to the memory of the operator to remember what happened and don't provide your side of the story, you shouldn't expect to be unbanned.
- Why you think you should be unbanned
There is no strict guideline for what your ban appeal shound contain besides the link to the ban information page. Show us that you can be reasonable, and you may be unbanned.

For the sake of clarity, please be sure you're following this process as follows:
Click the Profile tab.
Click Account Related Settings.
Only modify the Name catagory.
Enter your current password into the Current Password box at the very bottom.
Click the Change Profile button.
If this is indeed what you have tried, I'll get you in touch with an administrator.

I would pose that any question or topic pertaining to Minecraft in general would go into the discussion forum under the general discussion forum tab. I wouldn't say there's a need for another section for support.
When it comes to the server news, it would be nice if it were under its own section outside of smp.
