Before you go around an delete posts, lock threads, and eat cake, please take your time to learn a few definitions.
Necroposting:
On a message board, posting something irrelevent on a really old topic to bring it to the top of the list topics. name comes from the fact that you are bringing it back from the dead, thus Necro. a practice common among n00blars.
Bumping a topic half a page up is not necroposting.
Will fill this thread out whenever i feel like it!:p

I would like to see a subforum where you can trade ressources, advertise your "shop", find out which players have which goods, etc.

Today I made a hard decision. After a year of serving this amazing server with you guys, I have chosen to resign my administrative position.
This is due to increased stuff to do in Mortens regular life. And I have lost the thrill I had for Minecraft. My belief is that Opticraft may reach new heights without me, and with the launch of SMP!
Do not despair though!(but some of you will). I am not leaving the community yet! Perhaps you will see me lurking around various classic worlds, as I am going to lose my favorite command "/invisible"
As far as it goes with "Metropolis", I will still have a saying in its design.

European Commission has just announced an agreement whereby English will be the official language of the European Union rather than German, which was the other possibility.
As part of the negotiations, the British Government conceded that English spelling had some room for improvement and has accepted a 5-year phase-in plan that would become known as "Euro-English".
In the first year, "s" will replace the soft "c". Sertainly, this will make the sivil servants jump with joy.
The hard "c" will be dropped in favour of "k". This should klear up konfusion, and keyboards kan have one less letter.
There will be growing publik enthusiasm in the sekond year when the troublesome "ph" will be replaced with "f". This will make words like fotograf 20% shorter.
In the 3rd year, publik akseptanse of the new spelling kan be expekted to reach the stage where more komplikated changes are possible.
Governments will enkourage the removal of double letters which have always ben a deterent to akurate speling.
Also, al wil agre that the horibl mes of the silent "e" in the languag is disgrasful and it should go away.
By the 4th yer peopl wil be reseptiv to steps such as replasing "th" with "z" and "w" with "v".

In the near future, I will place warps around the map at key points.
Ss of now, I have created a small public nether portal which can be reached with /warp netherentrance
To get out of there, just type /home or /spawn. The entrance is temporarily, operators + may edit it if they wish, with the help of spawned materials.

World name: Metropolis
Minimum rank: Builder
World size: 96 x 512 x 512
Theme explained: Metropolis, big city with skyscrapers and such.
Building requirement: Neat, well planned, and good looking buildings, no duplicates. The keyword is tall buildings, think about that before starting on a gigantic lot. you have to build on a lot.
Misc info:
-Roads: 7 blocks thicks, the midle needs to be four yellow, then two black.
-Lots: Must match the streets. Operators and crafters may help with building these using cuboid. Start building 5-10 blocks into the lot. (lots are not reservable, they are there to look good.)
-Expand the city from the heart, don't start in a corner.
-Me and Relkeb preserve the rights to move, modify or remove any building that does not meet the requirements
