Why you should become an Operator: I should become an operator because I am a mature and active player that enjoys being involved in the community, be it building, helping others or moderating. I have experience being an SMP Moderator and am more than up to the challenge of being a creative operator. I have a lot of past experience with world edit due to running my own creative private server for the past couple years, and am able to learn new things such as commands very quickly.

Project name: Nothing's End Castle (open to suggestions)

Project location: This build is located in the new member world end, coordinates x:1500 z:1500 approximately.

Contributors: Me, Myself, and I.

Mayor / zone owner (Only one - this is the zone owner): Nothing_________

Approximate dimensions: Around 200 blocks long, 100 blocks wide, and 100+ blocks tall.

Number of active residents (if applicable): N/A

Number of completed, decorated and furnished buildings: One.

What state is the project in, and what are your plans for its future, if any: This project is in a near finished state, with just some detailing and minor additions to be added. I will be adding more floating biome islands and maybe even floating islands for players to make houses on if the demand is high enough.

Why should we grant this project protection? This project deserves protection because it is very unique and quite large, and being in the end the potential for malicious greifing is very high as as player could break blocks underneath another player and cause them to fall into the void and lose all their things. The black glass floor is deceptive and I have already had players break single blocks of it to create traps for other players to fall in. There is also a lot of valuable blocks such as redstone blocks and netherbricks.

Project name: The Township of Aplsey

Contributors: Nothing_________, Bill1368 for materials as well as Gogar72 for advice and brainstorming since we are both working on cities of a similar style. Potentially more in the future as this is a relatively unknown build.

Approximate dimensions: Around 250 by 200 blocks, based on a rough count from the livemap.

Number of active residents (if applicable): This has doubled from four to eight since posting this application, and more residents are welcome!

Number of completed, decorated and furnished buildings: Six at the moment, I left the houses empty so residents can decorate to their own taste, but when the project is finished any uninhabited buildings will be furnished.

What state is the project in, and what are your plans for its future, if any: Construction is about 40-50 percent complete, and furnishing and decorating will mostly be done afterwards so at the moment is about 5-10 percent complete. Upon completion all buildings will be furnished, all landscaping such as rivers, ponds and plants will be installed, an underground subway system will be added and there will be boats in the harbor.

Why should we grant this project protection? It is a decent sized build with easy access to a lot of resources if someone wanted to take them, as well as a large investment of time on my part that I would be unhappy to lose. The city will probably be getting more attention as of this post which could potentially lead to griefing although as of now there hasn't been any incidents.

P.S. The city looks nice on the livemap but was created and designed from a standing viewpoint, and looks best from that viewpoint. I encourage anyone who likes the city to come to /home Nothing_________ (9 underscores) and take a look around on foot.

 Houses are free to anyone looking for a place to rent, but the exterior cannot be changed and housing privileges could be removed if you are inactive and other people are looking for residency.
