Reasons why you should be accepted:

I have now been on the server for over a year and I am always willing to help new players or players who are in trouble or confused by the plugins or by outer in game mechanics. I have several times seen people ban evading or advertising however i have been able to do little about them. I am allays one when I am  able to come online as well as this often when I am on there are periods off mins to an hour when the are no moderators on. I have a good judgment when i see things and are often able to tell if someone is telling a lie or if they have have done nothing wrong.

I was banned on the 20/4/20144   i was banned for greifing however this was as i was given the home by Quinton as he left i chose to take the blocks. the best evidence i have if you ask him he will explain it

Why you should become  a moderator:

I believe i should become a moderator as i am devoted to this server and spend time on it most days. i help new players and players who are stuck when doing something e.g. crafting recipes. i have been part of the opti community for nearly a year now and i think i am sensible enough to become a moderator. I think i should get this rank as i have seen people ban invading when there have been on and if i had a change reported them. as well i have noticed a significant lack in mods on during the day time where i live there i often half an hour to 1.5 hour gap between moderators being on i believe i would help deal with this. Any well age dose not relay say how sensible you are. i have a good knowledge of the game and i know what is acceptable and what is not. 
I hope this app is considers for the place of moderator this is my 3rd time putting an app in thanks- JamesECook :)

why:
I think i should become a moderator as i am always willing to help the community and players. if a new players dose not understand something i often explain it to them. I have a good temper and do not swear excessively. I would be always willing to ban people breaking the rules. I do not annoy the existing staff all the time. i am on the server nearly every day and when  do things i will be dedicated to them.
Also i have recently noticed when i am playing there is hardly a member of staff on for about  halt to an hour at a time this would mean i would be able to look out for any players breaking the rule. I am always willing to help out the new player to the server and help explain  the rules if they don't understand them.
I would not misuse the powers of being a mod. also if the pvp is advertised i am expecting it to bring in dodgy players /hackers and greifers. I really love the players and members of the opticraft community i hope you consider my app

reason: I am a sensible player and im always willing to help others if they need it also I have a good knowledge of the game (stuff in the game and redstone) so I can help players new to minecraft. I also when I get angry don't start swearing like mad. I am observant so I will be able to look out for suspicious sings of Greif or xray. I have learned griefing is unacceptable I would not missuses the power of the moderator rank.  I know the rules well to also in the time im usually on the server there are hardly and mods on.  I hope this app is approved thanks for reading.   :)

dimensions: 78 x 40 aprox  (this is only the mansion the island is bigger)

resident's: 1 JamesECook
 
number of building 1 containing 25 rooms

state/plans: the mansion s almost finished all that is needed to be done is finishing the roof. i am planing to make a note block tune in the attic  alo there are a few room left to furnish

why: the mansion is decorated with a lot of rare/expensive blocks e.g. quartez and dimond block also it has a dragon egg ( my second one a player telported it somewhere). the price to buy enough ps would be huge and if i ever wished to allow outers t olive their i would have to find all the ps. also this took me ages to compleatley build and i Don't want grifer to ruin it. there is also a villager in it my last villager was murder when i was off line
