Ok so I got proxy banned and served my time but even when spam cop says I've been de-listed, it still doesn't let me on the server. does it have anything to do with the server updating?

okay so I've stopped making proxy appeals due to the fact that every single day I get blacklisted by spamcop for reasons I do not understand and have to wait at least 48 hours before I can play minecraft for at least a day before I get blacklisted again... So I've decided to create this thread so I can get suggestions on how to fix this problem from my end and stop getting proxy banned once and for all...
Current causes:
System has sent mail to SpamCop spam traps in the past week (spam traps are secret, no reports or evidence are provided by SpamCop)
SpamCop users have reported system as a source of spam less than 10 times in the past week

most of the picks have been enchanted at level 37+
so far currently in stock (will update quantities when i get back in game):
Unbreaking 3 picks
Efficiency 3-4 picks (and possibly an Efficiency 2 which is discounted at 2000)
And a slightly used Silk Touch 1 pick
all picks cost 5000 (you may bid for a certain pick if indicated that there is only one in stock left), for picks with 2 enchants, they will cost 7000 (above rule applies if one in stock left)
again as I said before, I will update the kinds of picks I have as soon as I can get on.

I'm not sure whether i was banned or not (i posted a ban appeal just in case) but i tried connecting to opticraft one day and then suddenly a message that disconnected me said that i was "connecting to a known proxy" and that i should appeal to the site. But i don't exactly know what i'm doing

I'm actually clueless as to why i was banned, i logged out of opticraft normal as usual and the next time i came on, it says that I'm "connecting from a known proxy" and that i should file an appeal here on the site
