Support / Can't connect to server

Hey,

Not sure if this is happening on my behalf, but I am unable to connect to the server.
I've tried restarting my client.

Today I thought I'd like to share my score, my score was 35, just bet my old one by 1 with a mate last year.
Took about 4 hours to get up to this.

Offtopic / After the first 5 days on the server, what made you stay?

Well this topic is as simple as it gets, essentially answering the question.

I'll start off.

Other servers didn't have what Opticraft have which was community, it may seem other servers say that they have good community but in which it doesn't.
Other servers just spam chat with useless broadcasting junk and bad choice of colors in which would make it hard to interact with other players.
However this server is simply consisted with a helpful community and staff, which was the reason that made me stay. :)

Edit - Sorry about the late addition of rules, just wanting to clear things out.
Rules:
1. Tping players into your afk box will not count.
2. Must include a screenshot for evidence. (Include it with the date if possible)
3. No cheating
4. Be honest
5. Play fairly
6. Screenshots before this topic creation date will not count
7. No teams, individuals only.
8. Staff players are not allowed to afk box in pstone protected areas. Also (2)
9. Staff players shouldn't modify this post, even it was to keep it updated. Let me do the handling.
10. Afk box must be made by you.
11. One individual player per day. (Example: Do not afk box Notch 3 times in 1 day)
12. Staff players should not abuse their teleporting powers for this competition.
13. It is not permitted that players AFK box people on city protected land as if another player was to find them AFK they would be unable to box them themselves and in which deemed unfair.
14. You mustn't box yourself but other players.

Introductions / こんにちは - Hello

Hey guys,

Just going to brief a few dot points about myself ;):

  • The names BigBadHenz or Henz is what most players would call me.
  • I'm 17 years old and live in Australia
  • I have joined this great server near late January and registered around early February.
  • I know a majority of SMP players and as well as few other players on Classic.
  • Most of you guys have already met me - but to those who haven't, I am an SMP Moderator of the server and have been moderating since April 05
  • I joined the Staff team to help assist and make this server an enjoyable experience than other servers.
  • Other than Minecraft, I have an Xbox 360 and PS3, but mainly play CoD: Black Ops for Xbox. Gamertag: vBizzyBone (Incase you're wandering). So feel free to add so we can sesh it out.

If there ever will be a "trade" category, In my opinion having this being used or stickied as a template would make posts organized and understandable, because of the amount of auction post titles seem like a spam having unecessary symbols being used to draw attention aswell as caps, seems to make the category abit messy. So sorry about the negative comments just being honest and feel free to post your opinions for this idea.  :)

Suggestions / "It was my brothers fault" Not an excuse for a ban

Things you do to refrain from being banned as opposed to this excuse
1. At least uncheck the "remember password" box
2. Converse with your brother/sister to not connect on this server if you know they won't obide by the rules
3. If you want you can remove the server from the list and re-enter it again if you're going to play (What I normally do)
