Why you should become a moderator:
I feel like I have the skills, the dedication and time to be a good addition to the staff. I try to help the server and it's members as best I can mainly through voting (soon to be top voter 3 months in a row) and helping players with their builds, waterplacing or answering questions. I've built a city protected town (Tudor Town), that I think among other things shows my dedication and that I'm here for the long run.

I used to be really into WoT back in the days when people played MUDs (yup I'm that old) and I think this is a really nice project! I actually told Zwaan it was like the ways in WoT before he told me it was, that's how much it reminded me about it. Good job so far, keep it up!

I always sell stuff I don't need to the market, I don't want stand at a shop when I can do other things with my time, this plugin would change that. This would be a nice addition and I'd donate for this aswell.

25k if you are POSITIVE it spawns. Only if you show me a youtube video OF IT SPAWNING with PROOF you are on opti.
No I'm not going to make a video of the spawning. It seems like the spawnrate has gone down even more from low to very low. I don't know what the server is doing to witch spawns or spawns in general but it's should spawn witches at a fast rate now and it doesn't. The witch spawn platforms are the only dark spots in the area, that I know of, of course there could be some hidden cave. This is not youtube but it's two screenshots taken today at around 10 GMT+1;  Two witches spawned.  Opticraft chat with a witch in the background. So I found some more unlit caves and lit them up, I came back up top and got this lovely screenie:  Plenty of witches!

Does it come with a home?
I was going to remove the home when sold. I'm sure we can make a deal but it's not going to be included in the auctioning. 25k will you finish making it better?
Part of the reason I'm selling it is because I need to spend more time on my town and less on other projects, so no, but I can show you what needs to be done.

Before anyone asks, it does spawn witches but at a very slow rate at the moment. I've cleared a lot of land and lit a lot of the caves but more work needs to be done on that. The youtube guide mentioned above will tell you how to improve the farm. Protection stones not included in the price.
