If you updated to 1.2 Minecraft then you are in trouble as you cannot connect to the server! (yet) Luckily, I have the solution! Go to this link: Instructions: 1) extract with winrar or 7zip 2) run it 3) select Full 1.1.0 4) click change 5) go onto opticraft  Removed link as it is against the rules - Mr

The other day, I was holding 7 diamond blocks and 4 diamonds (from voting) to give to a friend when I saw a creeper.
I thought it was just a guy using Mob disguise as it wasn't moving.
The next thing I knew was that I was dead: all of my precious diamonds were all gone.....

I will be leaving Opticraft from time to time on weekends because I have got my own server.
They need me to help administer my server and I can't run the server while playing Opticraft
because of the lag. I will be on Opticraft on weekdays as usual

Well I guess that I'm here to introduce myself...even if it was a bit too late. I'm Skepter - a trusted SMP player who loves Opticraft the most. I don't really like Classic but I do go on it sometimes. I love helping people and helping grief and I really would like to apply for a Moderator

Why you should become a moderator:
I have had good experience with bukkit: by hosting my own server, I have some good background information about plugins that are used on this server. I know quite a lot about the moderator commands that are used on this server that will help me and others.
I absolutely love helping people when they need it and I am on the server at a regular daily basis. I am very emotive, have encountered a lot of greif and I know how people feel about being greifed. I have created my own entire town: Xenoville, and I am now the new cofounder of Skyrim city.

New Opticraft layout is finally here!
It now has the Vote, Donate and Live map tabs at the top of the page
I has a sleeker design and a brand new logo.
The pages are more spread out and easier to understand and read

You should have a way of communicating to in-game players from this website. I am aware that mumble does exist, but i thought this would be useful to non-mumble people and noobs.

I think there should be some kind of way to recover your inventory. I know this could get complex if for example another player picked up your drops. Or maybe you shouldn't be able to drop stuff. Or a death-chest plugin. This will really help chat spamming if a creeper or mob killed someone.
