i want an op to get this so they can start a build off for guest's.i think it will be a good idea so the guest's dont get bored and will get some of them ranked.
eaven im only a recruit i just felt like it would be good.

because all you do mostly in classic is build ( obiusly ) i dont want to host it i want an op ( mr_mr_mr,relkeb,ect.) wich means they can make up the time,date and how much people in it.
sooo... really it's not up to me i made that poll for an op to get it.

a build off as in a dual or challeng
and the objective to get ranked or something

When you state the WHOLE point of your topic, then I will answer you. Now, I have understood something about a project in relation with OPs-Admins, that players will also help, and the reason is the promotion?

From what I understand, Shuffle wants an op's help in organizing a building event for guests. The contestants would be organized by team, and the prize could be recruit rank. An op would be necessary to prevent griefing, judge, and to distribute the prize.

I think the idea is to make some sort of contest. Have an Operator host it in his own world for guests and then invite some other people to be judges.
It could work but you need someone with private world to step up as the host. Then you need to set up a time-span for the contest, usually about a week is good, considering the guest level, a weekend should be enough. Then you need to set up the prizes, given that its a contest for guests i suggest the prize to be recruit rank because, lets face it, guests tend to build quite basic and if its going to be guests only there will be hardly anything truly worth of a prize.
It could work quite well as for motivation for guests, maybe you can even sneak up some recruits into the contest to make sure theres some level in the tournament.

No, only admins have the power to set permissions for various worlds or create new ones.

I would just ask around and see if anyone has an empty private world. Don't pester people, though, just ask once nicely. :)
If nobody has an empty world, then you could pm an admin.

i can remember going on a world yesterday and that was free.
i think the name was donorlargesprite or something like that.
i don't currently know if it's reserved, but i hope it can be on that one.

There are four worlds like that, but they are to remain empty so that potential donors can see what size the various worlds in-game.

Just a suggestion, but this should be for members only, guests are where most of the greifers are, and if we have greifers come into recruit worlds, that won't be any good D:

Guest griefers cant destroy in member+. You can only build in the world your ranked.

So if they tryed to grief recruit world, the blocks would reappear
