Title: Desert
Post by: Holy_Moses on August 16, 2011, 12:13:01 am: While playing beta today, i joined a server with a gigantic desert biome which was noone living in it, but me...
I realized how much people love making pyramids and figured it wouud be a cool idea to make a world devoted to the Desert.

It can include

- Giant Pyramids
- Oasises (or is it oasi?)
- Dunes
- A Hugenormous Palace (Im talking HUGE)
- A delta (like the Nile Delta in Egypt)
- A Sun (with a 96 block radius.) If possible
- A Sphinx ( thx omar)

And yes I think the desert would be interesting. Add cactus and camels and ruins and such!

Pff, I am past both the admins, and nearing Optical now :P Check it out on the stats page.

Anyway, although I don't really see this happening, its sort of a nice idea. As I said before on a Lobbey suggestion, what about making a world of the (Howerver many) Minecraft Biomes, just in classic?

edit:- it was made out of sand cuz at these times no one discovered building materials but it was creative that they made structures out of sand.
i bet that no one ever knew how to build sand structures except for Greece and Egypt.

a sphinx with a head of a creeper lolz i saw that too but i mean the real one :)

It's still plannin in progress I think. Needs proper planning and approval from admins.
