Photoshop is not realy about animations, thats more after effects.

Photoshop is mostly used for high end designs.

You should find some tutorials and after develop your own style, best way to learn working with it.
But most of all, if you dont have the creativity you wont succeed.

I can work with photoshop, but im not realy a creative person for designing things.

I'm capable of doing some nice tricks, but it bores me after a while :s.

Tutorials are the way to go. Just try out everything. Text is one of the more easy things imo.

Also, did you pay for Photoshop?

Actual you should try Gimp, started as a Linux variant.
It is also available now for windows, its almost as good as photoshop.

If I can make a recommendation, then I would suggest to use Abobe Flash for animations. Alot easier. You choose the frames, then play it.
