If you're not a member, please do not make a thread!
Members are promoted ingame once they supply their minecraft usernames in the registry. If you are not member, it's probably because you entered your minecraft username incorrectly.
Also, you have to activate your account through your E-Mail
If it's not this, please post a reply with what the problem is and the admin will look into it. Thanks!

I know 100% sure that i typed in my minecraft account correctly.
Also, i have made a second (minecraft/opticraft) account to check that.
Still no member. :(

Your Forum name needs to be exactly the same as the minecraft one to be promoted.

Arent you already a recruit? Recruit is higher then member.

i'm not a member in-game. but what's the point when you can't build on any other worlds but guest.. and yes my ingame name is the same

You have to get ranked up in order to build in worlds.

I think I already settled yours, warhammer. Try saying something ingame and your name should be grey(that's members)

Hello all,
I'm a new membre on Opticraft Minecraft Server. I played for a while at Minecraft but I just bought the game 20 minutes ago.
I register with the name Sharantir but my actual name on minecraft is gauteric.
So, im pretty sure the "member statut" will not be granted in the game.
Please, my character is gauteric. Can you make the change???

Why don't all you just get recruit rank? You don't need the member rank then. It is not very hard, took me 2 hours or less.

most people do not have enough building skills whenever they start playing Minecraft.And some people do not develop their building skills more quickly than others. :)

I can't login, it says "User not premium"

It means that you have not paid for the game (Minecraft). You have to pay in order to use our SMP services.
You can easily pay for the game at minecraft.net (there are buttons all over that say "PAY!, Pay here!, Buy!," etc. etc.)

I don't think so. You'd be surprised how many other "gameguys" I have seen on classic. He isn't the only one out there :P

Lots of people put their birth years at the end.
Eg foodoperator96. (1996)

Wait, you need to upgrade your account to be able to play on servers and such. But if you did, and it's not working, then there may be a problem. And if you don't want to buy an account, you can just play on classic.

You're information on classic does not come up. You might have posted this in the wrong section. Is this for SMP or classic, cause you posted this in the classic forums.

I recall Gavin manually giving member status to someone; maybe he could do that for you.

I believe you're stuck in Local channel.
You would have to type /ch g or /ch help to view the commands.
That is if you're playing on the SMP server.

You wouldn't have to confirm the email, it's just that the auto-promotion failed to take place, the solution is below.
Read and follow the steps provided.

if what henz told you to do doesnt work then i suggest making a new email and trying that. If that doesnt work then you just arent looking in the right places, it worked for 26k other people on the site

Is "JavaBeanJohnny" your in game username? Because if you put the one with your forum name, then I will not work.

Also having the same problem as all above user name for mine craft is _G10W5T1CK_ forum name is _G10W5T1CK_ but my user name is G10W5T1CK is this possibly causing the problem any suggestions? i plan on donating to the server if its worth it but i cant tell yet since i cant get into members world.
