Title: I need help :S
Post by: davioo on May 06, 2011, 10:50:24 pm
K so we had this huuuuge project in math class thats worth like 15% of the year... We had 4 courses of 1hr each to do it.. On the last course we realised that one of our teammate had fuck up  everything he needed to do and we had no time to change it... We got 55% and me and my friends are pissed at the guy who messed up everything

What should we do??? Should we talk about it to the teacher..

Sorry to bother you guys with this but I reaaaally need some advices

Thx and sorry for my grammar.

You could talk to the teacher if you feel it was entirely his fault. Its hard to suggest stuff without a full description of what he was supposed to do. In the end its all up to you, i dont think you should let us decide for you.

i agree with terewee the idea behind team work is that you as a team get it done I know sometimes you split the work which still works but as a team you must make sure everyone is doing their part and not slacking off

I think you should tell the teacher. It's just wrong to claim somebody else's faults as your own and feel guilty about it. Some people just need to get it the hard way before they understand something should be done different. Of course it's sad if that person does not pass his maths tests, but you should not be the one responsible for it. With teamwork you should be able to rely on your team-mates and if they continuously fail to do their job, they should be kicked out of the group.

Try explaining the situation to your teacher. Its better then getting a bad mark on behalf of the guy who goof'd.

Well, The same a terre said. If you guys are a team it's youre fault. Not only one of youre members of the team. The team shall get punished.

I agree, but there is no harm in talking to the teacher.

Thinkof it as football.

If one person screws up, the whole team screws up. I guess you could relate?
I still think you should talk to your teacher though.
