Title: Merge SMP & Creative

I've a quick look on the forums and I don't think this has been suggested before, but I think it would be cool if SMP and opticraft were all one server. Not only would it be far more convinient to switch between the two servers, but also players from both servers would be able to talk to each other easily!

I'm not quite sure how much effort this would be, but if it's minimal then it's defiantly worth the outcome.

There's been chatter about this a few times and I'd totally be down to set this up on Creatives end. It would be up to Optical though.

This is definitely something we'd love to do on both ends. Unfortunately the effort required to do it properly is more than minimal, which is why it hasn't happened yet. It'll require a fair bit of heavy lifting in the SMP end as it was never really envisioned to be multiserver, but it is doable. It's something that is definitely on my radar so to speak.
